Use this playlist to enhance your workout:
September’s playlist is perfect for running or cycling, switching between quicker and slower beats. Song 1 starts you off with a warm up. By song 2 you’ll need to pick up your pace. From there on out, every other song goes from quick to slow. For the quicker beats, pick up your pace, then use the next song as a bit of a recovery zone before speeding up again. By the time you hit song 10 you’ll be good and ready for that cool down.
